No.: 14278219, registered office at Třinecká 679, Buštěhrad, Postcode 273 43, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 363191 (hereinafter “Controller”), pursuant to Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), processes the following personal data:
- first and last name
- company name, in cases where it constitutes personal data under applicable law
- email address
- telephone number
- address
(hereinafter “Personal Data”)
Personal Data is processed automatically for the purpose of enabling your order and fulfilling the parking contract. The provision of your data is voluntary. We process Personal Data as such processing is necessary for the performance of the contract. Personal Data will be processed for the duration of the legal basis for processing and for a maximum of a further 11 years, taking into account our legitimate interest in connection with the length of limitation periods and the related need to secure evidence in the event of a dispute. After this period, the Controller will retain Personal Data in anonymised form, meaning it will no longer be possible to identify you on the basis thereof. Personal Data will not be transferred to or made accessible to third parties.
Please note that you have the right to:
- request information from us about what Personal Data we process,
- request an explanation from us regarding the processing of Personal Data and, where applicable, request that any resulting situation be remedied if Personal Data is not being processed in accordance with applicable laws (e.g. blocking, correction, supplementation or destruction of Personal Data),
- request access to your Personal Data from us and have it corrected where applicable,
- request that we erase your Personal Data or restrict its processing if it is being processed unlawfully,
- object to the processing of Personal Data,
- data portability, i.e. the right to obtain a copy of your Personal Data and transfer it to another controller,
- in the event of doubts regarding compliance with obligations related to the processing of personal data, contact us or the Office for Personal Data Protection (https://uoou.gov.cz/), to which a complaint may be submitted.
